基本情況簡(jiǎn)介:

主要研究方向是磷脂與腫瘤發(fā)生。利用全基因組篩選、單細(xì)胞空間多組學(xué)分析、模式動(dòng)物等技術(shù)手段,開(kāi)展腫瘤(特別是病毒相關(guān)腫瘤)發(fā)生機(jī)制、腫瘤耐藥機(jī)制和相應(yīng)的臨床轉(zhuǎn)化等前沿研究。研究成果以通訊作者發(fā)表在Science Translational Medicine(2022),Blood(2022),Nature Communications(2022, 2016),Circulation Research(2016),Cell Reports(2019),J Biol Chem(2018,2015)等期刊。主持科技部重大基礎(chǔ)研究(973)項(xiàng)目,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、面上項(xiàng)目等。
